Quotient Therapeutics, Inc. is a privately held, early-stage company developing a novel genomics platform and therapeutics for diseases with a large unmet need.
Position Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Director / Director of Pharmacology to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing our drug discovery and development programs by providing strategic leadership and expertise in pharmacology.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage pharmacology studies to support drug discovery and development programs across various therapeutic areas
- Design, implement, and oversee in vivo pharmacology studies, including efficacy, pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics, etc
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including biology and drug discovery, to advance project goals
- Analyze and interpret pharmacological data, ensuring high-quality documentation and reporting
- Initiate and closely oversee necessary external collaborations including CROs and academic labs
- Manage and maintain the vivarium, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Identify and evaluate new technologies and methodologies to enhance pharmacology research capabilities
- Represent the pharmacology function in internal and external meetings, presenting data and program updates
