What are the responsibilities and job description for the Master Scheduler position at Flairwood?
Job Summary:
- As a master scheduler, your primary duties are the creation and implementation of schedules for Production. Additionally, assisting the Construction Sales team by placing orders for new projects.
- To assist Production, and the Plant Manager, by managing orders from order entry to production ready status. This is accomplished by sending order information to both the Purchasing department and the Plant Manager. A new order will need to be analyzed, via Blue Cell optimization software, to determine the correct laminate product to purchase. The order will also need to be analyzed to determine the start date of the order.
- Orders will be implemented on the shop floor, by the Plant Manager.
