About the Position :
The Field Marketing Manager will lead the execution and management of the localized marketing strategies across our 15 corporate restaurants. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing brand awareness, increasing store traffic, driving sales, and fostering customer loyalty through targeted grassroots marketing and community engagement.
Will Report to : Director of Marketing
Will Work Closely with
Marketing Team, Corporate Restaurant Operations Team, and Store Leaders.

About the Job Responsibilities :
Local Store Marketing Strategy Execution :
- Plan and execute LSM strategies tailored to each corporate store’s unique location, demographics, and community.
- Implement campaigns that drive traffic, promote new products, and enhance brand visibility at the local level.
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on new LSM opportunities to drive traffic to corporate stores and lift sales.
