Job Overview
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Sales Representative to drive new business growth and nurture existing accounts. This role combines inside sales (phone, email, lead generation, and follow-ups) with field sales (in-person meetings, client visits, and on-site assessments). The position requires travel within North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with restaurant owners, facility managers, and decision-makers.
- Provide on-site assessments and recommendations for hood cleaning and janitorial services.
- Follow up on leads, proposals, and contracts to close deals.
- Travel within NC, SC, and VA for client meetings and business development.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) – Required.
- Proven sales experience (B2B sales, service industry, or facility maintenance sales preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable with both phone and in-person sales approaches.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field visits.
