Location Description:
The Flamingo Resort & Spa is a mid-century marvel in The Valley of the Moon. The buildings, rendered with natural materials and iconic angular silhouettes, are the work of master architect Homer A. Rissman. Set on a 10-acre campus, it is an incomparable property for both its city access and sense of complete retreat.
Overview:
A Childcare Attendant is responsible for providing a safe and fun environment for kids while they pareticipate in activities and programming, or while attending daycare. Their duties may include supervising children, organizing activities, ensuring clean toys and equipment, and keeping the kids safe. They may also handle reservations, payments, and administrative tasks related to the Club.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children, preferably in a daycare or school setting
- Basic first aid and CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
- Must pass a background check
- Physical ability to lift, carry and supervise children
