Order Entry Specialist

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and looking for a dynamic work environment? We are excited to welcome a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to our team!

What You'll Do:

• Entering and managing stock orders start to finish.
• Prepare and deliver quotes to our valued customers.
• Be the friendly voice as our Primary Phone Operator, directing calls efficiently
• Communicate with customers by sending tracking information, acknowledgments, and packing slips.
• Assisting Customer Care and Sales Team in daily duties.
• Print essential labels (Carton, Core, and Sealing) as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• A keen eye for detail and superb organizational skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• A multitasker who can manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with office software and tools.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right candidate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
