Duties
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage payroll processes and maintain accurate employee records.
- Coordinate schedule management for meetings, appointments, and events.
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as report generation and correspondence management.
- Plan and organize company events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
- Supervise office staff and provide guidance as needed to enhance productivity.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and invoicing.
Skills

- Must be proficient in MacOS and IOS operating systems.
- Must be able to quickly learn our systems. We utilize DocuSign, Connecteam, Quickbooks and Podium systems.
- Outstanding communication skills for clear interaction with team members and clients.
- Experience in event planning to organize successful company functions.
- Front desk experience with a professional demeanor when interacting with visitors.
- Solid clerical skills including attention to detail in administrative tasks.
- Administrative experience that demonstrates organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
- Employee onboarding after hiring.
- Supervisory skills to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Must have strong customer service skills.
- Must be able to take feedback and implement new procedures for efficiency as the business grows and adapts.
- Must have a clean driving record.
