What are the responsibilities and job description for the Legal Administrative Assistant position at Flaster Greenberg PC?
Flaster Greenberg PC is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant for its growing Corporate and Real Estate practice groups. This person will be located in our Cherry Hill office, in accordance with our hybrid work policy, expected to work in the office 3 days a week and hybrid work 2 days a week. This person will be primarily responsible for providing assistance to firm attorneys assisting with general administrative tasks, document management/filing, related tax and plan administration filings and documents, client case management, including client billing and preparing documents for real estate closings. The ideal candidate will be able to perform in a team environment with an expectation to provide quality client service exhibiting our firm’s core values.
This ideal candidate will have minimum 5 yrs of related administrative support experience, preferably in corporate and/or real estate practice areas. Must be highly organized, self-directed, detailed oriented, and a team player. Able to handle extensive client contact, manage deadlines and multiple priorities. Solid technical skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
