What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trust and Estates Administrative Assistant position at Flaster Greenberg?
Flaster Greenberg PC is seeking an experienced administrative or legal assistant for its growing Conshohocken office in the suburbs of Philadelphia. This person will be located primarily in our Conshohocken office, but Flaster Greenberg offers the benefit of hybrid work. This person will be primarily responsible for providing assistance to firm attorneys in administering estates/trusts, assisting with general administrative tasks, document management/filing, digital dictation, related tax and plan administration filings and documents, and client case management, including client billing. There is also the possibility of supporting attorneys in other practice areas, including general administrative tasks for a litigation practice.
This ideal candidate will have minimum 3 - 5 yrs of related experience. Must be highly organized, self-directed, and detailed oriented. Able to handle extensive client contact, manage deadlines and multiple priorities. Solid technical skills. Experience with Digital dictation, Excel, Lacerte Tax Programs, One Source Accounting Program highly desired.
