We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge and strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and collaborate with internal teams. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on account status, sales performance, and market insights.
  • Lead client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating product features and benefits.
  • Address any client concerns or issues promptly, ensuring a high level of service delivery.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in technology or technical sales environments.
  • Strong account management skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire confidence among clients and colleagues alike.
  • Familiarity with market trends related to technology sales is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.80 - $22.97 per hour
