Any hours you work on the weekend has an added $1.00 an hour! (Weekends = Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays)

Any hours you work in excess of 40 hours in a week is paid at one and a half times your rate of pay!

Direct Care work as Direct Support Professional, Life Enrichment or Unit Supervisor. Pay varies depending on which position you are in.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting
- Ensure the rights and dignity of residents are respected and upheld
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents
- Implement and follow individualized care plans for each resident
- Document and report any changes in residents' condition or behavior
- Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents to promote socialization and community integration

Experience:
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a similar caregiving role is preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- First aid and CPR certification is a plus
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record may be required for certain positions
