Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to food safety standards.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and dietary options.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy to enhance guest relations.
• Assist in training new staff members on service standards and procedures as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest services and relations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role.
• Culinary knowledge or experience is a plus but not mandatory.
