Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle logistics and shipping-related tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
• Coordinate logistics and shipping activities, ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Utilize phone systems effectively to communicate with customers and internal teams.
• Assist in the management of freight operations, including tracking shipments and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with 3PL partners to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Skills

• Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Experience in logistics and shipping receiving processes is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication with customers.
• Familiarity with SyteLine or AS400 systems is a plus.
• Ability to navigate phone systems efficiently for optimal customer interaction.
• Knowledge of freight operations and 3PL services is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: $17.83 - $18.63 per hour
