L onesome Dove Lodge is looking to hire a full-time Hotel Manager for our new location opening April 1, 2025!!
The Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction and efficient management of resources. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of hospitality management to create a welcoming environment for guests while maximizing operational efficiency. The Hotel Manager will lead the front desk team, manage guest relations, and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Duties
- Supervise daily hotel operations, including front desk activities, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
- Oversee the night audit process to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with hotel standards.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Prepare budgets and financial reports to monitor hotel performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Train, mentor, and lead staff to foster a positive work environment and enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across all areas of the hotel.
