The Coaching Program Manager & Facilitator will serve as both a facilitator and the program manager for all custom coaching bootcamps. The individual will be responsible for leading facilitation, managing program operations, maintaining financial oversight, and overseeing program delivery across both charitable and Federal coaching programs while supporting the continuity, quality, and growth of our coaching offerings.

The individual will be responsible for leading facilitation, managing program operations, maintaining financial oversight, and overseeing program delivery across both charitable and Federal coaching programs while supporting the continuity, quality, and growth of our coaching offerings.
Essential Functions
Program Facilitation:
- Serve as a lead and back-up facilitator for coaching bootcamps and related coaching engagements.
- Deliver engaging and interactive ICF-aligned coaching sessions to a variety of audiences.
- Adapt facilitation to meet client-specific needs while upholding coaching best practices and program integrity.
- Oversee day-to-day program operations for both charitable and Federal coaching programs, ensuring continuity and consistent quality.
- Manage full P&L responsibility for the coaching portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Handle student pricing, cost modeling, and pricing strategy for Federal quotes and charitable programs.
- Submit Federal quotes and coordinate with relevant teams to secure program funding.
- Oversee all direct marketing and post-program engagement efforts to drive participant recruitment and long-term impact.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students, supporting them throughout the coaching journey.
- Manage student communications, onboarding, and progress tracking.
- Collect and analyze participant feedback to continuously improve the participant’s experience.
- Maintain active PCC-level credentialing with the ICF.
- Engage with ICF chapters and professional networks to ensure the program reflects current coaching trends and industry’s best practices.
- Ensure all programs align with ICF Core Competencies and ethical standards.
- Design and execute strategies to enhance program impact, reputation, and financial sustainability.
- Collaborate with internal departments (contracts, business development, marketing, and leadership) to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to evolve the coaching portfolio to meet future client needs.
- Leads Learning Management System (LMS) production and program management, including course creation for Executive Coaching cohorts:
- Provides basic IT support, troubleshooting technical issues for coaching programs in collaboration with IT personnel.
- Works with budget analysts to manage invoices and budget reconciliation.
- Evaluates program effectiveness, collects feedback, and recommends improvements.
- Maintains documentation and reports on program activities and expenses.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, business, leadership development, or education) preferred.
- Current ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential required (or the ability to obtain prior to employment).
- Demonstrated experience leading coaching programs, workshops, or bootcamps as a facilitator.
- Strong understanding of Federal pricing and basic contracts management preferred.
- Ability to manage P&L and make sound financial decisions aligned with program goals.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional participant experiences and maintaining program excellence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with participants and coaching professionals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, virtual meeting platforms, and learning management systems is a plus.
- Experience in direct marketing, student engagement, and post-program follow-up is a strong plus.
- Certifications with psychometrics assessments such as the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) are desired.
