Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Development
- Creating featured menu items that satisfy customer preferences, seasonal availability, and align with our menu concept.
- Kitchen Management
Overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operation, including ordering supplies and maintaining equipment. Ability to mentor and develop junior chefs and kitchen staff. Ensuring every plate meets the company's standards. Controlling costs without compromising on quality. Enforcing strict hygiene and food safety protocols. Currently has an up-to-date ServSafe Manager certification. Engaging with guests to gather feedback and foster a positive dining experience. Staying abreast of culinary trends and introducing innovative concepts.
