As a Procurement Operations Manager at Flavor Producers, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team to develop and implement Planning and Procurement end-to-end processes which enhance productivity and effectiveness while improving service to the customer.
**Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed understanding of procurement processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Develop and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
- Provide training and guidance to procurement agents on procurement processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on procurement activities.
**Leadership Skills:**
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to analyze complex data and make sound business decisions.
**Education Requirements:** Bachelor's degree or APICs Certification recommended. Lean/Six Sigma certification of benefit. ISM CPSM of benefit.
