You should also have 5 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain roles, preferably in HVAC or manufacturing industries. Strong negotiation and contract management skills are essential, as well as proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
You will also need excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills for supplier and internal stakeholder collaboration. APICS, CPM, or CPSM certification is a plus.
