As an Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment for our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
• Supervise and support staff, ensuring high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Help train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering, and manage supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Help analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and implement cost control measures.
• Assist in coordinating and executing special events and promotions.
• Step in to cover duties of the General Manager in their absence.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
