As an Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment for our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
- Supervise and support staff, ensuring high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness.
- Help train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering, and manage supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Help analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and implement cost control measures.
- Assist in coordinating and executing special events and promotions.
- Step in to cover duties of the General Manager in their absence.
Qualifications:
