Outside Sales Representative

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through direct sales efforts, building relationships with clients, and managing your designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales with commercial semi-trailer parts, business development, and a passion for commercial parts sales.

Duties

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets within your assigned territory.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strongpart sale relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to create effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and supplies

Experience

• Proven experience in outside sales of commercial trailer parts
• Strong skills in territory management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Familiarity with trailer part sales is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
