The Graphic Designer is responsible for working with management to develop various marketing materials for the company's programs and products. The position will also be responsible for the ideation and creation of printed and digital marketing materials in support of local and national efforts.

Essential Job Functions The incumbent must be able to perform all of the following duties and responsibilities with or without a reasonable accommodation.

• Design and produce layouts, graphic elements and digital content for circulars, catalogs, direct mail, web, broadcast, etc., that adhere to company brand guidelines.
• Assist with the development of compelling and effective layouts and templates with creative design, product organization and communication by collaborating with Marketing, Merchandising, Ecommerce and Pricing teams.
• Responsible for delivering assigned designs with accuracy, within brand style guides and designated timelines.
• Proofread composed work to maintain consistency and accuracy.
• Meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Generate and manipulate digital product and lifestyle images.
• Be self-motivated and a problem solver.
• Professionally correspond with Team Members and outside vendors on a regular basis.
• Write product and other copy as needed within brand guidelines.
