At Fleet Landing, we strive to provide an exceptional dining experience for our residents and guests. Our upscale restaurant, Lakeview, offers a diverse chef-inspired menu with house-made soups, made-to-order appetizers, ala minute entrees, and elegantly plated desserts.

Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and courteous service to residents and guests
- Serve meals according to established rules of etiquette in a formal setting
- Observe diners to respond to additional requests
- Recommend food items and answer questions regarding food preparation
- Enter orders into the Full-Count Point of Sale System
- Navigate through each screen of the P.O.S. system to charge residents and guests correctly and print out checks for signature
- Participate in bussing and resetting of assigned tables
- Ensure all resident and guest needs are met, including plates, utensils, glasses, napkins, beverages refilled, and other requests satisfied
- Maintain specific side work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of designated station
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and follow written and oral directions in English
- Desirable but not required: previous experience as a server or in a related field
- Must complete 14 days of training in the Dining Room and with the Pinnacle Point of Sale system
