Your Opportunity
We are seeking a Grounds Maintenance Crew Member. The Grounds Maintenance Crew member's primary responsibility s the beautification and maintenance of our Campus. Fleet Landing has over 140 healthcare beds including a post-acute unit, home health, long-term care, assisted living, and memory care.

- Assists team members with mowing, edging, pruning, weed control and general clean-up.
- Ensure campus utility vehicles and equipment remain clean and in working order, including preventative maintenance.
- Skillfully and safely uses manually and power operated tools or equipment to perform installation, maintenance and cleaning projects.
- Strong working knowledge and ability to operate heavy equipment.
- Ensures all crew members perform their work safely and wears and uses all PPE as directed.
- Ability to positively represent the community by interacting with community residents and colleagues in a polite and professional manner.

Minimum Education Required:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
One year of grounds maintenance preferred.
