Compliance Analyst
What We Need
FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Compliance Analyst within our Corpay division. This position falls under our Corpay Cross Border line of business and is located in 212 King Street West, Toronto ON. You will be required to (1) aid in the development and implementation of best practices; (2) conduct data analysis; (3) engage in the daily tasks assigned to compliance members. You will report directly to the Compliance Director and regularly collaborate with team(s)/department(s).
The salary range rate for this position is $65,000 to $70,000 CAD.

Formal, hands-on training
Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Conduct live reviews of payments.
Conduct post-transactional reviews.
Assist with internal investigations.
Handle screening and Know Your Customer (KYC) related tasks.
Investigate potentially suspicious activity generated through transaction monitoring cases through combination of automated alert generation and exception reporting.
Review and analyze payment transactions to ensure transactions are not prohibited by the prevailing sanctions legislations and regulations
Assist with compliance related projects on an as-needed basis.
Assist with inquiries from banking partners.
Qualifications & Skills
At least three (3) years of experience in a compliance role, or equivalent.
Able to draft, edit, and file reports to Canadian and American government agencies.
Experience conducting KYC investigations.
Able to work as a part of a team in live and virtual settings.
Self-driven to develop professionally, improve performance, and understand the tools in place and maximize their use.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience required.
CAMS certification Is preferred but not required.
A solid understanding of sanctions regimes and programs.
Has experience handling potentially sensitive data and information.
Able to communicate tactfully and clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong writing and communication skills.
