The Responsibilities Of The Role Will Include
- Conducting analysis of team productivity, forecasting, aging, and financial data.
- Reporting analysis results to Manager.
- Developing Team Leads and employees.
- Implementing new processes.
- Processing high priority customer requests with expediency.
- Handling escalated folio issues with hotels.
- Developing and maintain relationships with hotel contacts to obtain folios.
- Overseeing successful training program implementation.
- Approving timesheets.
- Approving employee leave requests.
- Assisting the manager in interviewing and selecting candidates for open positions within the team.
- Assisting the manager with annual reviews.
- Managing the employee leave time calendar.
- Assisting with Holiday scheduling.
- Assisting the manager in collaborating in hotel meetings as needed.
- Assisting with the execution of their responsibilities in the Manager’s absence.
- Additional duties as determined by evolving business needs.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- ACT program experience a plus.
- Incumbent should have excellent verbal & written communication skills, be very organized, have strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi task, and be a team player.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are critical skills for this position.
- Exhibits strong business acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and sound judgement.
- Ability to mentor and supervise staff.
- Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with internal and external people in the course of work.
- Willingness to work additional hours in order to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Three plus years of related job experience preferred.
- Minimum of one-three years of leadership experience preferred.
- Sitting at a desk for the majority of your work shift, talking on the phone, and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Ability to interact with colleagues, supervisors and customers face to face.
