What We Need
FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire an Account Manager within our CLC Lodging division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in Lexington, KY. We are looking for an Account Manager who thrives on maintaining, nurturing and growing our existing client relationships. In this role, you will deliver a best-in-class customer experience through strategic management of customer accounts. The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for the client while providing excellent customer service, cross-selling our services, and providing technical assistance, as well as general relationship management. The Account Manager is responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance service while generating income and is expected to be proactive in identifying current and future client needs. The Account Manager is expected to have a full and complete knowledge base on all their clients utilizing various reports to track trends. The Account Manager should be able to present confidently and clearly in front of clients, peers, and members of Leadership. You will report directly to the Supervisor, Account Management and regularly collaborate with various departments.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
· Building and maintaining lasting relationships, which includes extensive knowledge of accounts, including essential contacts, account preferences, and client production trends
· Being responsible for client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue
· Maintaining a high level of collaboration with all internal departments to ensure account success
· Driving account retention and growth of contract business through strong performance and relationships
· Monitoring and managing accounts in accordance to any and all key metrics
· Directing communication with client(s) (in-person, phone, electronic) on a regular frequency
· Conducting regular business reviews, such as monthly, quarterly, and year-end calls with clients utilizing internal reporting tools based on client and company needs
· Exhibiting and utilizing knowledge of hotel industry and markets associated with client industry
· Attending all scheduled trainings, meetings, or other events as assigned by supervisor or other levels of leadership
· Traveling as necessary to meet the client's needs
· Being responsible for all other duties assigned as needed
Qualifications & Skills
· College degree or 3-5 years previous account management related experience required
· Previous Account Management experience
· Demonstrated strong ability to negotiate, teach others, and report on key metrics
· Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and deliver superior service with a high degree of accuracy
· Highly skilled in consulting, negotiating, and communicating with customers
· Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
· Demonstrated ability to problem solve at a high level through critical thinking
· High level of professionalism
· Demonstrates ability to learn and grow depth of industry knowledge
· Excellent personal interaction, communication and phone skills along with a high degree of initiative, personal responsibility, ownership, and commitment to providing the highest level of customer service
