Program Manager What We Need FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Program Manager within our Merchant Services division. This position falls under our North American Transportation line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will work directly with the Merchant Services leadership and cross-functional partners across all departments to manage project implementations. By facilitating the implementation of products/services in a customer-focused manner, this position promotes new and/or additional revenue opportunities for our company. Project Management positions demand attention to detail, a thorough command of organization and communication skills as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. You will report directly to the VP, Professional Services & Marketing and regularly collaborate with various departments.How We Work As a Program Manager you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing:Assigned workspace in the Nashville, TN Company-issued equipment Formal, hands-on training Monthly home internet stipend Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include:Oversees all aspects of the projects, sets and adheres to deadlines, assigns responsibilities & resources, and monitors and summarizes the status of the project Provides both high level and detailed project plan updates via project tools on a regular and an as needed basis, including executive and milestone summariesAssesses training needs and conducts training with the client as needed Handles more complex setups and manages implementations that fall into a larger time frame for implementation completion based upon an agreed upon “go live” with the project stakeholders.Can effectively and accurately project risk and measures to implement to mitigate exposure Work with sales, project management, product development, the customer and other associates to on-board medium to large scale implementations Collect all necessary data, requirements, and scope from the project stakeholders to accurately complete the setup and implementation of the project Conducts webinar training with the stakeholders as needed Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and related experience that is required for the job 5-7 years of experience in a professional work environment preferred Experience with implementations, client support, or customer-interfacing is preferredPMP certification is preferred Demonstrated ability to self-perform at a high level with minimal supervisionDemonstrated ability to execute in a matrix environment effectively managing multiple and competing prioritiesDemonstrated strong interpersonal skills, solid analytical skills and attention to details; and excellent follow-up skills Demonstrated ability to work calmly in a fast-paced team environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in order to properly communicate our product offerings and functionality Highly responsive to calls and emails; utilize available tools to track appointments and manage priorities without compromising other responsibilities Superior customer service skills, with the ability to react quickly and decisively to resolve customer issues; ability to analyze customer processes and provide creative solutions for implementation Demonstrated ability to conduct presentations and effectively facilitate meetings, many of these with senior internal and external customer leadershipAbility to aid in the effective and timely revenue ramp of each client is critically important Keep informed of new enhancements to the systems and products which will affect existing or future implementations Current familiarity with project management software, tools and techniques with a proven track record of previous successful integration and use Make recommendations and implement process improvements to address project quality, expense reduction, productivity, and revenue increaseBenefits & PerksMedical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hireAutomatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements)Virtual fitness classes offered company-wideRobust PTO offerings including: major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer timeEmployee discounts with major providers (i.e. wireless, gym, car rental, etc.)Philanthropic support with both local and national organizationsFun culture with company-wide contests and prizesOur Company & Purpose FLEETCOR is a global leader in business payments, laser focused on developing smarter ways for businesses to pay their expenses.
