Operation Support Analyst I
What We Need
FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Global Unified Communications Operation Support Analyst I. This position is located in Peachtree Corners, GA. In this role you are responsible for providing technical and clerical support for unified communication and contact center technologies. This analyst will work in a cross functional team to triage tickets and fulfil service requests. They will also serve as conference technology moderator ensuring presenters have what they need to lead webinars and large conferences. Excellent spoken and written communication skills are required with the ability to communicate well at all levels of the enterprise. Extreme attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and strong skills with Microsoft Excel are needed, with other Microsoft tools a plus. You will report directly to Christiane Pike.

As a Global Unified Communications Operation Support Analyst I, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Perform primary queue ticket triage for Operations team
Perform Moves Adds and Changes on multiple communication platforms
Serve as conferencing technology moderator on multiple conferencing platforms (Teams and/or Zoom)
Process trouble tickets ensuring service level agreements are met
Place mobile device orders as needed
Perform on-call rotation duties as part of the Operations team
Recommend process improvements and quality assurance procedures
Stay relevant with technology changes and provide end user training as needed
Organize and update knowledge articles on the employee portal, ticketing system and the team shared drive
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT work experience
Minimum 3 years prior job-related experience
Experience providing support in a fast-paced environment
IT experience in some form is preferred
