Sr. Payroll Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Analyst to join our dynamic team at GAT Airline Ground Support. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of payroll experience and hold a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification. As a Senior Payroll Analyst, you will play a key role in managing payroll processes, resolving complex payroll issues, and ensuring accurate and timely payments for our employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Perform payroll functions to ensure compliance with applicable policies, contracts, and State and Federal laws while ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for 3,400 employees, located in multiple states, including California.
- Responsible for accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reconciliations and tax filings.
- Perform timely analysis of payroll records, reports and discrepancies in order to resolve problems as expeditiously as possible and to maintain the integrity of payroll, HR, and accounting systems.
- Maintain record keeping practices to ensure compliance with company policy and procedures.
- Prepare information required for internal / external audit processes.
- Verify and audit timesheets to ensure compliance and accurate records.
- Maintain current knowledge of applicable state and federal wage and hour laws.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service to employees who have questions regarding their pay, deductions, paid leave balances and other payroll processes.
