About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Warehouse Supervisor Lead to join our FleetPride team. As a leader in our logistics department, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of our warehouse team to ensure the timely and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all stock is pulled and loaded into the delivery vehicle with accompanying and necessary documents, in conjunction with delivery schedules maintaining a minimum accuracy rate of 99%.
- Coordinate manpower requirements by increasing or decreasing personnel and overtime to meet changing conditions.
- Interface with other departments to ensure Inbound and outbound deadlines are met.
- Develop a process plan including people, resources, equipment, and floor space for each distribution receipt.
You will also be responsible for analyzing and resolving work problems, or assisting workers in solving work problems. Additionally, you will participate in the annual physical inventory and work on special projects as appointed by the warehouse manager.
