North Eastern distributor for Tico terminal tractors is adding to their team to grow its footprint within the Pennsylvania market. We are looking for the right person who can work independently building their own block of business and doesn’t want a cap on their earning potential.
Responsibilities
· Be the go-to resource for customers, addressing their needs with creative problem-solving and follow-through
· Build strong, long-term customer relationships within your territory to deliver solutions
· Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first attitude
· Proactively identify sales opportunities through outreach and follow-up. Educate customers on equipment through product presentations/demos
· Use CRM tools to document and manage sales activities, ensuring timely follow-up and excellent customer satisfaction
· Work closely with VP of Sales and support teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery
· Stay up-to-date on equipment and industry knowledge and monitor industry to maintain a competitive edge

Applicants must have a minimum of five (5) years experience in sales and leasing of heavy duty trucks or trailers, high school diploma, good driving record, and ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening. Preference is given to applicants with college degree and who live within the Philadelphia, Harrisburg, Allentown area.
