Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Creates and closes Purchase Orders
- Processes acknowledgements of POs from vendors
- Tracks the status of POs which may include contacting vendors
- Fields questions from vendors regarding POs
- Fields internal questions regarding the availability of ordering specific items
- Organizes, files, and maintains all PO records and acknowledgements
- Assists in the bi-annual inventory process
