- Lead end-to-end development of complex land development projects, from initial concept through construction

- Design innovative solutions for subdivisions, infrastructure, and utility systems using cutting-edge AutoCAD Civil3D
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders

What You'll Bring:
- PE License in North Carolina
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited)
- 5 years of land development engineering experience, including 2 years managing projects and teams
- Expert knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills and client-focused mindset
- Valid North Carolina Driver's License
