What Sets You Apart:
- 10 years of land development engineering expertise
- 3 years of proven success in engineering management
- North Carolina PE license
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited)
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid North Carolina Driver's License

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Success:
- Lead business development initiatives and strategic client relationships
- Oversee project financials, including budgets, billing, and profitability
- Contribute to company growth strategies and market expansion
- Deliver Technical Excellence:
- Guide complex land development projects from concept to completion
- Implement and maintain quality control systems
- Supervise engineering activities and design projects
- Build Strong Teams:
- Mentor and develop Project Managers and technical staff
- Participate in hiring and performance management
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Ideal Experience:
- Track record of successful project delivery and team leadership
- Experience with Ajera financial management software
- History of building and maintaining client relationships
- Proven business development capabilities
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, and Friday, 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM.
Physical Requirements: Position involves primarily office-based work, requiring the ability to remain stationary and focused on detailed work while maintaining effective communication with team members and clients.
