🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Utilize Carlson and AutoCAD to produce accurate and visually stunning survey maps and exhibits.
- Develop a variety of deliverables, including plot plans, topographic surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, and more.
- Collaborate with Survey Project Managers to ensure client needs are met with precision and timeliness.
- Submit plats and survey maps to governmental agencies for review and approval.
- Contribute to a positive and high-quality work environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every task.
đź’Ľ What You Bring to the Team:
- Education: High school diploma required (Associate’s degree in Geomatics preferred).
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant land surveying experience.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Carlson and AutoCAD.
- CAD certifications are highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Physical Abilities: Ability to work in a stationary position and focus on close-range details for extended periods.
