What You’ll Do
As an Account Manager - Trailer Sales, you will be instrumental in driving sales, fostering strong customer relationships, and expanding our brand presence across key industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline, nurturing customer relationships to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Identify and generate new leads through social media, prospecting, and networking.
- Create customized quotes and negotiate deals that align with customer needs while ensuring profitability.
- Leverage CRM tools to track leads, manage client interactions, and optimize sales performance.
- Handle inbound inquiries while proactively conducting outreach to convert leads into sales.
- Engage with customers in-person through local visits, trade shows, and industry events.
- Present financing options and support customers through the financing process.
- Stay ahead of market trends and identify emerging opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of experience in trailer sales, manufacturing, truck maintenance, or axle sales (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in CRM software; experience with social media marketplaces, eBay, and Google Shop is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license (local and occasional national travel required).
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable with standing, walking, and bending as needed.
- Ability to work in various seasonal temperatures.
