As a FLEX attorney, you will have access to temporary in-house counsel opportunities with cutting-edge companies throughout the tech sector. Upon joining our attorney roster, we will contact you about potential engagements that fit your skill set and availability, and you let us know whether you'd like us to share your bio with the company. We don't assign you work, and you're never under any obligation to take on work. You set the parameters of what you're looking for, and we try to match you with suitable clients and engagements.

We are seeking attorneys with experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of technology transactions agreements, including:

• SaaS and software licensing agreements
• software development agreements
• supply chain and hardware purchase agreements
• distribution and reseller agreements
• joint development agreements
• non-disclosure agreements
• outsourcing and professional services agreements
  
  

Prior large law firm experience and in-house experience with a technology company is preferred. Attorneys at all levels of practice will be considered, and we will contact you if your experience is a good fit for our client needs.
