Qualifications:
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Marketing preferred. Prefer Junior or Senior level
Candidate must actively enrolled in an undergraduate program.
Highly proficient in MS Word, Power Point, and Excel: computer skills are strongly utilized in this position
Proficient in social media sites: Linkedin, Facebook and Instagram
High level of confidentiality in all matters of the job
Detail oriented, excellent writing, grammar and communication skills
Proven ability to effectively multi-task.
Self-motivation and ability to work independently prioritize and meet deadline
Possess a high level of integrity and sensitivity to confidential information
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support in key areas as well as assisting with department projects and initiatives on an as-needed basis
Conduct research and planning of activities
Maintain a high attention to detail when reviewing or entering data into our systems
Analyze information, develop recommendations, and build presentation materials
Provide exceptional support to the plant
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to adapt quickly and learn to work well under pressure
Assist with data entry and research
Posting advertisements social media platforms
Assist with employee events
Update Employee Communications – Bulletin board, TV Monitors - Plant and warehouses
Create videos
