Flex Physical Therapy, a therapist-owned practice that has built an outstanding reputation in the medical community, is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Receptionist to join our collaborative and dynamic team. As a receptionist at Flex PT, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent service to our patients while supporting the smooth operation of the clinic. Your tasks will involve a blend of administrative duties and customer interaction, so a background in the medical field and a passion for helping others are key!
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer multi-line phones and manage call triage
- Greet patients warmly and assist with appointment scheduling
- Collect payments and process insurance information
- Verify insurance benefits and handle patient inquiries
- Obtain referrals and medical records from other providers
- Perform general office duties, including filing, faxing, and data entry
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in clinic areas (dusting, folding, stocking, vacuuming, etc.)

- Experience in a medical office setting (knowledge of insurance, benefits verification, and EMR systems preferred)
- Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

- Reliable, with a flexible schedule to work opening or closing shifts
- Independent, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
Our Clinic Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7 AM – 7 PM
- Friday: 7 AM – 4 PM We offer flexibility with scheduling, and we’re seeking someone who can commit to both opening and closing shifts.
