Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time temp to hire opportunity with a great local company!
JOB DUTIES:
- Provide sales coverage and support to all consultants and maintain cordial relationships with assigned customer base while maintaining a good rapport with consultants and office staff.
- Responsible for incoming order processing, problem solving, running reports and accurate record maintenance.
- Required to work with customers via email and phone one-to-one basis to ensure a long lasting relationship to make the company succeed.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Work with consultants to maintain appropriate relationships and involvement with the management of assigned accounts. Work with all involved personnel to ensure maximum expansion of company products.
- Respond to all requests from management, sales, for action or information in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and current records on activities for your position. Keep Consultants updated on activities concerning office communications, account information, and the market in general.
- In conjunction with your consultant, introduce new products and products not currently purchased from company, to assigned accounts.
- Run reports that aid in the preparation for the night warehouse operations.
- Answer the main phone line and transfer calls accordingly.
- Adhere to company's principals and values.
HOURS: Monday - Friday, between 7a - 5p (hours will vary). Once fully trained, some Sunday and Holiday hours may be required on a rotational basis only.
