Customer Service Representative Position

Based in Abbotsford, our small, friendly and fast-paced office is looking for a positive team player to join us as a full time Customer Service Representative.
We operate 7 days/week, 6 am to midnight. This role would be full time working on a 4 days on/4 days off rotational shift.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure all calls are answered quickly, efficiently and with world class customer service
- Assist other CSRs as required depending on call volumes and/or specialization
- Create, modify, record or disseminate information between callers and/or other parties using the equipment, training and/or tools provided by SNT.
- Report any issues, concerns or requests to Dispatch as required
- Respond to crew questions in a timely manner
- Complete all required paperwork
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Can manage high stress situations and remain calm, patient, respectful
- Very organized and able to multi-task effectively
- Thinks outside the box and can problem solve quickly and creatively
- Strong geographical knowledge of the lower mainland
- Great team player that is supportive and helpful to co-workers in a stressful environment and provide a high-level customer service
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, computer literate with good keyboarding skills
- Comfortable working independently
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Experience in the health care field is an asset
