- Monitor and maintain machines while they run production
- Secondary operations include quality control and finishing work

Requirements:
- Previous plastics extrusion experience required with leadership skills
- Good attendance is required
- Must be able to stand for the full 12 hour shift
- Lifting is only to approximately 20 pounds at the heaviest
- Ability to use good judgement on product details
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Basic math skills necessary
