Responsibilities
Essential Functions:• Aggressively source for qualified candidates for designated departments, utilizing a variety ofsources including college job fairs, LinkedIn, and other social media, as well as internalemployee referrals, etc.• Schedule and assist with conducting telephone screens with potential internal candidates.• Assist with scheduling of in-person interviews for Corporate Recruiters and Hiring Managers.• Correspond with new inquiries/leads from candidates in a timely manner.• Help facilitate the onboarding process for all new hire employees.• Enter, track, and update internal candidates in iCIMS ATS.• Ensure new-hire employee documents are completed prior to the start date.• Complete reference checks and background checks on prospective internal employeecandidates.• Communicate with candidates throughout the interview process.• Create and manage internal job postings using a variety of external job board websites.• Other duties as needed to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Required Skills/Abilities:• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, web-based databases and internet savvy.• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.• Creative problem-solving skills.• Verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with varying levels of people.• Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.• Maintain confidential information in compliance with company policies.• Capacity to manage and complete multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.• Manage and efficiently prioritize tasks from multiple sources.• Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced sales environment and be capable ofregularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.Education and Experience:• College degree preferred; six to twelve months' experience in a sales, administrative supportor customer service role required.• Experience in a coordinator/coordination role required.• Previous Human Resources/Recruiting experience is a plus.
Supervisory Responsibility:This role will not directly supervise any employees.
Work Environment:This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard officeequipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
