What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative position at Flexco Products, Inc.?
Purpose
The primary function is to help achieve company’s sales goals and regularly report sales results to the Executive VP.
Reports to:
Executive VP & Sales.
Required skills:
· Strong sales skills – able to effectively prospect for new customers and build and retain current customer business.
· Good analytical skills – able to read, analyze, and interpret sales reports.
· Excellent communication skills – verbally and in writing.
· Able to respond to inquiries and or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or other members of the business community.
· Excellent knowledge of the industry and trends impacting the business.
· Able to set priorities and execute in a dynamic environment.
· Good computer skills – general knowledge of Office, and ability to learn the ERP software used by Flexco.
· Ability to lift 25 lbs.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
· Develop the sales targets in accordance with the company’s requirements.
· Ensure sales targets are met and sales reports as required by the Executive VP are submitted in a timely manner.
· Provide exceptional service to customers.
· Make sure monthly sales targets are met or exceeded.
· Prepare all sales related reports with a degree of timeliness and accuracy.
· Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Executive VP.
Qualifications:
· 3-5 years related work experience (required)
· Steel/aluminum/tube industry fabrication experience (strongly preferred)
· College degree in business/marketing or sales (preferred)
· Strong computer skills
· Mechanically inclined
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
