Position Description :
We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Intern to assist in the daily operations and improvement of our IT systems and infrastructure. This role involves hands-on work with on-prem and cloud infrastructure, Linux server imaging and configuration, and operational systems administration tasks. Working closely with our Cybersecurity and DevOps teams, the intern will play a key role in strengthening and supporting the security and reliability of our organization"s infrastructure and overall IT operational efficiency
Major Job Responsibilities :
- Support the configuration and upkeep of existing and emerging IT platforms to ensure stability and performance.
- Assist with scaling and optimizing our cloud infrastructure to meet evolving business needs.
- Provide support to the helpdesk team by addressing end-user issues and assisting with troubleshooting as needed.
- Assist with imaging, configuration, and deployment of Linux servers.
- Performance of routine maintenance tasks for cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
- Creating documentation and SOP's for processes and common troubleshooting issues
