Program Manager

Responsibilities include:

· Conducting customer calls (phone and/or in person) to review customer’s company, project requirements, and support design consultation by using FCT engineering resources and providing insight into FCT’s capabilities

· Attain customer related project files and requirements, review with technical team and lead effort to attain costs, develop quote, deliver to customer in timely manner, follow up on quote to attain feedback and to secure the business

· Assure FCT is best positioned to win prototyping business through to production business

· Develop relationships with customers and provide excellence in service, support and communications, work with a sense of urgency and drive projects to keep them on track, on time, and to successful transition to production

· Ability to manage straight forward projects to complex project including projects that involve complete product box builds (circuits, SMT assembly, complete product builds, testing, and more)

· Manage overall relationship with customer while being the key driver and communicator in leading projects to success.

· Coordinate with FCT team members and our manufacturing facilities to ensure they have needed components, materials, and understanding of timelines to meet prototyping builds and to meet production schedule

· Conducting Sales Calls, when needed, in support of attaining details about customers and prospects while also providing overview of FCT’s products, services, capabilities, and differentiating factors  

· Providing inputs into the FCT Pipeline management system and keep the overall Pipeline up to date

· Follow FCT company processes and procedures and maintain customer files with in company database

· Winning business and achieving overall revenue goals individually and as part of the overall FCT team

Seeking Qualified Candidates with:

· Five plus years of proven program/project management experience within manufacturing business (electronics, EMS, CM) as a supplier to OEMs

· Industry expertise a PLUS, related electronics or manufacturing of custom parts and product for medical/auto/consumer and other commercial markets.

· Understanding of sales cycle, pipeline management, and the value of questions in support of attaining improved understanding for customers and their requirements

· Professional experience in relationship building and communications including written and verbal

· Ability to manage a broad number of projects and tasks in a highly responsive manner and understand that the Program Manager is responsible for driving programs to success

· Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
