We are actively seeking qualified candidates with a teaching degree, a Bachelor's in Education, and certification as a Certified Teacher to fill multiple teaching positions at a Charter School in St. Louis, MO.

Current openings include Special Education Teachers, Middle School ELA Teachers, ELL Teachers, and Elementary Teachers for grades K-5. Compensation

Starting salary for Certified Teachers with a Bachelor's in Education begins at $60,000 - $65,000, with increases based on experience, certifications, and additional educational achievements.

2,500 hiring bonus

Education / Certification Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, ideally a Bachelor’s in Education.
Missouri Teaching Certification required (Elementary Education 1-6 preferred), or a valid teaching degree that qualifies for Certified Teacher status.

Essential Responsibilities and Competencies

Keep thorough records, including attendance, behavior, grades, and parent communication.

Set measurable and achievable goals for each term and monitor progress.

Ensure student safety on campus and during school functions.

Encourage and celebrate student achievements in academics and character.

Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Participate actively in professional development, staff meetings, and events.

Lead or assist in extracurricular activities outside regular hours.

Support school recruitment efforts as needed.
