Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk & Reception: Office Operations: Open and close the office daily, following established security procedures.
- Facility Upkeep: Perform light housekeeping tasks, including emptying trash, restocking office supplies, and organizing shared spaces.
- Retrieve and distribute office mail, manage inbound and outbound shipments, and maintain accurate records.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for efficiency and accessibility.
IT Support Responsibilities (Entry-Level):
- Help Desk Support: Basic Troubleshooting: Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- IT Inventory Management: Maintain digital records of company IT assets, including laptops, phones, and peripherals across office locations.
- Hardware & Software Maintenance: Install, configure, and update job-specific software while managing hardware repairs and replacements as needed.
- Documentation & Reporting: Keep accurate records of IT activities, inventory, and equipment status.
