In this position, you will be crucial in managing various patient interactions, ensuring the smooth operation of clerical tasks, and directly impacting our patients' satisfaction and the overall success of the Sleep Disorder Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Skillfully handle multi-tasking scenarios involving emails, phone calls, and patient interactions with exceptional clarity and organization.
- Actively manage and resolve patient communication (calls and emails) to achieve high satisfaction levels.
- Engage with many patients to understand and address their needs effectively.
- Prepare for and manage various clerical duties, billing, data verification, and office inspection readiness.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental and organizational goals, building patient loyalty through exemplary service.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Although experience in DME, Medical Devices, and Medical offices is a plus, it's not required.
- A high school diploma is required.
- Demonstrated success in multitasking and prioritizing your workload efficiently.
- Proficiency in necessary computer programs and phone systems (e.g., Google Suite, Microsoft Office).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about learning new products and services and communicating them effectively.
Schedule and Benefits:
This full-time position runs at our Lafayette, LA office, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
